Anrea is an Associate at Concept Ventures, with a background in Human Resources Management and broad experience across accounting, marketing, and operations. Her career has spanned multiple industries and geographies, equipping her with a versatile, practical skill set that strengthens both the internal team and the founders Concept backs.

Beyond her role in venture, Anrea is deeply committed to impact and community. Passionate about animal welfare, sustainability, and social upliftment, she has spent over 15 years running an animal rescue organisation in South Africa, while also driving community projects focused on disaster relief, environmental action, and wellbeing.

At Concept Ventures, she leads internal operations, financial oversight, and portfolio support to ensure the fund runs with efficiency and impact. She also champions the firm’s Venture Pledge, where we contribute to missions & charities of our Founders choice.
