Founder, Justified Studio

Will is the Founder & Design Director of Justified Studio a creative agency led by design, technology and strategy, dedicated to positive and purposeful brands. With this setup, alongside his forward-thinking multidisciplinary team and creative collaborators, he looks to challenge the expected aesthetic conventions of industry sectors. Harnessing his teams combined decades of leading expertise to best shape the future and culture they want to see. Having worked for brands, products & startups across multiple emerging sectors, his nuanced approach has helped brands such as Nike, Google, Moonpay, Cleo & The–Dots define a distinctive point of view that resonates with today's audience.

Ex-CFO of Revolut

Peter has over 20 years of product and finance experience. He previously spent 12 years at J.P. Morgan, in both London and New York, before joining fintech startup Revolut as CFO. Whilst there, Revolut grew from 200k to over 4.5m users. He later joined Money Dashboard as CFO and now spends his time helping companies grow either in advisory roles or angel investing.

VP of Product, Jobandtalent

Carles is angel investor in over 40 startups. His portfolio includes Revolut, Volumetric, Elroy Air, Speckle, Freetrade or Finless Foods, amongst others. Carles was an early European employee at Uber; the 7th employee at Tractable AI (a unicorn) where he lead global operational expansion as their VP Operations; and 10th employee at Sonantic (acquired by Spotify) where he oversaw Revenue and Sales. Currently, Carles serves as VP Product at JobandTalent. Carles' secret passion is taking care of his exotic plants. Amongst them, he has seeded multiple baobab trees (Adansonia grandidieri), Madagascar palm trees (Pachypodium lamerei) or sequoias - all growing healthy in London and Barcelona.

Ella is our in-house recruiter, supporting companies from pre-seed up to Series B on their hiring strategy. She supported our portfolio startups Emperia, StackOne, Screenloop & Reachdesk in their hiring, which are just a handful of companies she’s worked with so far.

Partner, Sheridans Law

Karen is a Partner at Sheridans, a leading media and technology law firm. Karen works in the firm’s Venture Capital team and has over 10 years’ experience advising high-growth companies, founders and investors on fundraising rounds, joint-ventures, corporate governance issues and exits.

Founder, Secretsales.com

Sach Kukadia is a serial entrepreneur, non-executive director, chairman, board advisor and angel investor. He launched his first start-up, SecretSales.com at the age of 22 and over a period of ten years, raised £18m through leading venture capital institutions and drove annual sales of £47m. He eventually sold the business to a London based private equity firm in 2017.

CFO

Yassy has over a decade of experience as an angel investor and operator. Most recently, she was a co-founder and CFO/COO of agora digital capital markets – a UK based FinTech. Her entrepreneurial spirit ignited early, working in a software start-up prior to university. While doing economic research as a university student, Yassy built a microventure capital firm that invested in ESG, FinTech, education and consumer retail in Southeast Asia. She also spent time in Sub-Saharan Africa, working for Delonex Energy (private equity backed energy start-up), where she focussed on M&A, Business Development, and Strategy. Outside of work, Yassy loves to read (new book recommendations are always welcome), play music and surf or ski (depending on the season).

Rhiannon is the Founder of Crest Communication, a PR agency working with the UK and Europe's most innovative start-ups, scale-ups and VCs.

CEO, ContentCal

Alex Packham is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder of ContentCal, which was acquired by Adobe in 2021. During his ContentCal journey, he raised over £10m, built the business to 3,500+ customers globally, a team of 60, and grew 150% year on year. He now serves as Director of Product at Adobe and is an active angel investor.

CDO, Superbike Factory

Vik is currently Chief Digital Officer at Superbike Factory - the UKs largest buyer, seller and financier of motorbikes. He has previously served as Chief Operating & Product Officer at heycar UK, a hypergrowth start-up backed by Volkswagen Financial Services and Mercedes Benz in the UK. Other experience includes running digital product for eBay and Gumtree Motors propositions as well as experience across data and industry research.

CEO, Cliff.ai

Aayush is an experienced data scientist and serial founder. He started his career at Credit Suisse before founding TrueMD and joining Techstars to found Greendeck, a pricing analytics tool for enterprise retailers. He then founded Cliff.ai, a business monitoring tool to remove the need for complex data pipelines and dashboards. Aayush's companies were backed by Concept, and sold in a successful acquisition to Gtmhub. He is the founder of moderndatastack.xyz, a community for data engineers and scientists to compare and learn about modern data tools. His unique insight and expertise support in all functions of data and technology.
