Seyon Indran

Seyon is a Principal at Concept Ventures and Head of Founder Research. Having first joined the firm as an intern after completing his MSc in Economics and Strategy at Imperial College London, he has spent the past five years growing with the fund from its earliest days and helping shape its strategy and distinctive focus on people. 

At Concept, Seyon leads the firm’s Founder Research function - dedicated to understanding and identifying outlier talent at the earliest stages. He drives partnerships with leading academics and elite talent organisations, and builds the tools and frameworks that give Concept an edge in spotting outlier founders earlier than others. Alongside this, he is active across the investment team, with a particular focus on consumer technology, supporting founders from first meeting through to scaling their businesses.

Outside of work, Seyon can usually be found on a tennis court, bouldering wall, or re-playing the Arkham Knight trilogy.
